I
created this floorcloth to go under the breakfast room table
in a "transitional" style house. It had to coordinate
with the colors in the granite counter tops of the cabinetry.
I was asked to make it "quiet" with low contrast and
muted colors. The clients love green and earth colors, and make
frequent use of the leaf motif in their furnishings. I also
designed a coordating
rug for another part ot the same room.
